The existing roof, aged and poorly insulated, was fully renovated: removal of the roofing, inspection and replacement of damaged structural elements, installation of a waterproof underlay, high-performance thermal insulation and new roofing. Zinc work, gutters and downpipes were also replaced. The result significantly improves indoor comfort, reduces heat loss and extends the life of the building.
